Autism Assessment for Children & Young People (Ages 5–16) – £1,450

Our comprehensive autism assessment is designed to provide a clear understanding of your child’s strengths, needs, and how best to support them. The process follows NICE guidelines and is led by experienced professionals.

What’s Included:

• Pre-screening questionnaires completed by parents and involved professionals.

• A face-to-face ADOS assessment with your child, focusing on communication, social interaction, and behaviour. (Online options available in special circumstances.)

• An online parental interview (ADI-R) exploring developmental history, strengths, and needs.

• Additional input from school may be requested, including a possible observation.

After the Assessment:

• An online feedback session to discuss the outcome and next steps.

• A comprehensive report, including:

  • Sensory profile

  • Support and intervention plan

  • Health passport template

  • One-page profile template

  • Diagnosis explanation letter for your child

ADHD Assessment for Children & Young People (Ages 6–16) – £899

Our ADHD assessment offers a structured, evidence-based approach to understanding your child’s attention, behaviour, and support needs. Led by experienced professionals and aligned with NICE guidelines, the process is designed to be thorough, supportive, and family-focused.

What’s Included:

• Pre-screening questionnaires completed by parents and relevant professionals.

• A face-to-face QB Check – a standardised computer-based assessment of attention and activity. (Online option available in special circumstances.)

• An online parental interview (DIVA) to explore developmental history and symptoms.

• Additional input from school may be requested, including a possible observation.

After the Assessment:

• An online feedback session to discuss the outcome and next steps.

• A comprehensive report, including:

  • Support and intervention plan

  • Health passport template

  • One-page profile template

  • Diagnosis explanation letter for your child

  • Post-diagnostic support and advice booklet

• An optional follow-up appointment for continued guidance.

What’s Included:

• A comprehensive Sleep Assessment (approximately 60 minutes), taking into account key factors such as family dynamics, home environment, diet, and physical activity.

• Completion and analysis of two weeks of sleep diaries to identify patterns and contributing factors.

• Development of a tailored intervention plan based on the assessment and diary analysis.

• Two follow-up appointments to monitor progress, provide ongoing support, and adjust the plan as needed.

What is the Sensory Profile™ 2
The Sensory Profile™ 2, created by Dr. Winnie Dunn, is a questionnaire that helps us understand how your child processes sensory information—like sounds, touch, movement, and more.

It looks at everyday behaviors and how your child responds to different sensory experiences at home, in school, and in the community. By identifying patterns such as seeking, avoiding, sensitivity, or low registration, we can better understand your child's needs.

There are different versions for infants, toddlers, and school-aged children. You, and sometimes your child’s teacher, will complete the forms.

Why it’s helpful:

• Gives insight into your child’s behavior

• Helps explain challenges with focus, routines, or emotional responses

• Guides strategies to support your child’s daily life at home and school

It's a supportive tool we use to create a plan that works for your child—not a test or diagnosis.

Are you a school, Multi Academy Trust or a group supporting children and young people?

Unique Neuro Wellness Ltd is a diagnostic, support and training service who is able to offer bespoke days of assessment services.

If you have a number of children / young people awaiting assessment who would prefer not to wait we can offer assessment services at you school or setting.  We can offer 3 single assessments or 2 combined assessments in one day for ASC, ADHD or a combination of the two. 

All pre-screening takes place as usual before the assessment date is booked.

On the day:

The day includes lesson observation, ADOS and/or Qb Check and Parental discussion for each child within the school setting.

Within 4 weeks of the assessment:

We will then share the report and an intervention support document as well as an online feedback session to include yourselves and the parent/ carer for each child.

It also includes a 1-hour post feedback session for either yourselves or the parent/ carer if required within 1 month of the assessment.
